I used to pretend that I am strong and I tried to watch what is going on through different channels chasing the news till I saw him ... I couldn't continue watching ... it was heartbreaking. I still can't.
Even couldn't comment when I saw this post of yours a while ago.
Especially that u put it in a very touching way.

I intentionally isolate myself from these news....they only cause pain.
That's awful... the human losses are being cheap, especially in developping countries.
oh my... so heart breaking. these are the details that really kill you. God have mercy on their souls.
