Raining in Alex :-)
I love love love it !!!!!!!! Today it rained .... no, actually it "poured" !!! Haven't seen rain for a few months ... haven't felt it on my hands and face.... haven't smelt the air after it for that significant smell rain always leaves behind .... enjoyed today's rain... El7amdulilah.... Lovely :-)

If you love rain that much, you are welcomed to come a visit me in the country where I live, cause here it pours 6 months a year

I'm thankful I don't live where you live ya charismo .. I'd have gotten drought! :-D But I can understand how you feel coz I had a friend who used to feel miserable when it rained... different tastes I guess :-)

Welcome to my blog George... I read the posts ... my heart goes out to all those whose lives have been touched negatively by the rain ...I love rain ... but surely NOT floods :-(
Hmmm, rain. I do enjoy rain, but i guess with conditions... I love it when it pours, but then followd by a beautiful sunny and clear sky. One thing i enjoy about our country is the sun and clouds.
Me, I never knew you lived in Alexandria.. Now that is one thing i always wanted to live in a city where there is sea. Take me in!!!
I instantly imagined how the rain would look like on the sea and the main streets on the corniche. I bet it was spectacular. I wish i can enjoy that some time. But with sun and a clear sky afterwards.
Oh yes come to think of it, i did once experience rain in Alexandria, but many years back, i think it was 1993 or 94.. wow, long time huh. But there was no sun though. It was freezing cold and kept raining till it got dark. I left the second day but it was, if i correctly recall, still gloomy :-)
Yep ... I live in lovely Alex ya Dalulla .. eb2e nawareena some day soon again :-)
PS. "most" of the time, when it rains here in Alex, it's followed by "sunny and clear sky".
